Houses 2 to 7 stand in a row along the sea wall, turned towards the water. They differ in plot, pool and height: house 7 is the only one with two upper floors. Every figure comes from the project's schedule of areas.

The estate
Eight buildings and a reception, on a strip by the sea.
Five thousand six hundred and eleven square metres, held between a road on one side and the water on the other. Six houses stand in a row along the sea wall. Two larger apartment buildings follow in phase two. The reception closes the estate at its entrance.

Kaštel Štafilić lies in Kaštela Bay, between Trogir and Split. The beach in front of the estate is shingle and public. Across the water stand Čiovo and Split, with Mount Mosor behind them.
